Expression of Interest

The City of Lloydminster is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from developers, retailers and organizations/businesses who may be interested in the development of commercial retail units. The proposed site is located within Wigfield Industrial Park near the future event facility. The City is confident that a new event facility in the City’s southeast will help drive economic and recreational benefit to the Lloydminster region for generations to come.

All EOIs will be reviewed on an individual basis. This process will ensure the potential development aligns with the needs of the industry, development, community, as well as with best practices associated with the City of Lloydminster.

This EOI form will close at 11:55 p.m. on July 29, 2022.

The City is not liable or responsible for any costs incurred in your preparation, submission or presentation pursuant to this EOI. The acceptance or use of any information contained in this submission shall not entitle consideration at any time.

This request for EOI will not create any legally binding contract or bidding process. The City may determine, at its sole discretion, to proceed or not proceed with negotiations in relation to any areas discussed within EOI.
