Bylaw 26-2016. Utilities Bylaw #8.

(a) No Person shall obstruct or hinder the City's direct access to any Facility, including without limitation any water main, Service Valve, fire hydrant, meter, automated reading equipment or meter setting.

( b) A Customer shall be responsible for managing vegetation on the property owned or controlled by the Customer to maintain adequate cleareances to avoid interference with the City's Facilities.
